- Roma Callaghan Added October 25, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Meals were ordered but staff didn't take order correctly so one person was left waiting and waiting then after inquiring person was sent to reorder. Took another hour for meal to be served. No glasses of water offered. Service was poor to nearly non exsistent. Will not go there again when visiting Maffra.

They really need to get rid of the radio music in the bistro area. Don't like listening to ads while I'm eating. - Ingrid Smith Added September 12, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not impressed.Came for lunch here. No welcome on arrival. Very poor service. No atmosphere. Although a cold day no open fire lit. $20 Parma was size of pensioner meal. Cant pay altogether with card as food and beverages run individually. Had to go and get money outside from atm to buy a drink. Although asked for tomato sauce when placing meal order none arrived. Had to ask again. Although there were glasses, not a jug of water to be seen. Couldnt be bothered to try and find a staff member .......Wont be eating here again.
