  Terrible customer service by Holly on the phone.
  Until this point, this was by far my preferred vet and I was happy to have found one because I deal with highly reactive dogs for a living and sometimes things happen that are difficult to avoid when working through issues with problem dogs.
  In this instance I called to see about getting some antibiotics for two of my rescues that had a scrap and each had a puncture wound. Holly informed me that I would need to take them in because the vet needs to see the dogs before issuing a prescription which was fine and understandable. She then told me that the earliest appointmet was after the weekend and that it was my fault for not calling the day it happened. Little did she know it was the previous evening and there was no option to call the previous day. Since it wasn't an emergency I decided that waiting until the following day should not be a problem.
  It wasn't just the fact that she was blaming me for the issue at hand, it was the way she so rudely jumped at me about it and was clearly judging while also being completely ignorant of the reality of the situation.
  I prefer to take my dogs to a place where I feel comfortable speaking with the staff without feeling completely judged and spoken down to.

  Our experience four years ago was very good and the service price was justified. But our experience this time was a shock we paid for the service no questions but we vowed we would not return next time. The payment was over the top. We recommend getting an idea of cost before leaving.

  Incredibly happy with Mark and all his team. Very empathetic and understanding and I have no issues with getting any questions answered on multiple occasions that I’ve rang or gone in. We were absolutely blown away at how knowledgeable and thorough he was. Hope we see him for many years to come.
